The trouble with a lot of LinkedIn pictures is that they're taken by amateurs and they don't present you in a professional manner. I really wanted to put myself out there in a professional way, and that's why I sought out C1M. Having done that, I now realize that there's a whole lot more behind professional photography than any amateur can know. Walter explained to me how subtle things like how you stand for the photograph, how you adjust your head posture, and the way you smile can change what a photograph portrays to the marketplace or to an individual. That's important, because my image is my brand, and to understand the theory behind creating a good headshot makes me feel a lot better about the photograph in and of itself. There's a lot more there than just the picture. I'm very happy with the result. We did a lot in just two hours.

Customer service at C1M was tops. Walter took the time to ask about my story and get to know me. That's obviously a better experience than walking through the door, taking a couple quick passport photos, handing me a disk and saying goodbye. It was a full customer service experience and seeing, again, how professional Walter is in the taking of photographs and also in adjusting them using Photoshop was very impressive.
