You've probably noticed that our Executive Class and Business Class Headshots carry our full warranty. If you're wondering what that is - and why it's such an important piece of our headshot service - wonder no more.

We've heard time and time again from our clients that one of the things that has brought them to our door is that they don't like their current headshot. We never want a C1M client to be at some other photographer's studio saying that about our work. We understand that having your headshot taken may be out of your comfort zone, and that it's a big investment. We want you to walk away not only with an image you love, but also with the security of knowing we will go above and beyond to honor your trust in us.

In the studio:

When you choose a Executive Class or Business Class Headshot, we edit your image while you wait and with your input. Before you leave our studio, you will know exactly what you're getting, and, because you are part of the process, you won't find that we've overlooked a flaw that bothers you, nor that we've pushed the editing too far. And if we are, for some reason, not able to produce an image that you're happy with, we will not charge you. So, though you would walk away without a headshot, you would not be out anything except a bit of your time. (Please note, we have never had this happen - and it is unlikely that you will be the first. But, if you are, our full warranty has you covered.)

After the fact:

Our commitment to your satisfaction doesn't end when you leave at the end of your headshot session. Every once in a rare while, we have a client who finds that they are not as pleased as they thought they were with their headshot. If that happens to you, you should know that we still have your back. Of course, once the image has been released to you, we cannot offer the "no charge" portion of our guarantee. However, we will happily offer a reshoot free of charge, as long as it's within 30 days of your original session.

Zero risk:

It can be scary to take the plunge into investing in your headshot. We understand. Your headshot is often your first introduction to potential business prospects, and you need it to be just right. And there is nothing more frustrating than sinking time and money into something, only to find that it was not a wise investment. With our full warranty on all Executive Class and Business Class headshots, you can rest easy knowing that we take your satisfaction seriously. We'll bear the risk so you can relax.
